Baked
Ziti with Roasted Veggies
Preparation
Time: 30 Minutes
Instructions:
1 Box of Ziti
1 small zucchini
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Bunch mushrooms
1 small onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup Farmer Boy House
Recipe Greek Dressing
4 oz. tomato sauce
1-2 cups cup mozzarella cheese
Cook Pasta Until just done
(better if slightly under-cooked) Drain
Roughly chop all vegetables.
In a large fry pan, heat 4 tbsp.
Greek dressing
Add vegetables and cook on medium high until tender, adding
more dressing while cooking.
Mix together Ziti, vegetables, tomato sauce, and any
remaining dressing, and half of the cheese, then pour into a
baking dish.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 325 degrees.
