Instructions:
Potato Salad
4 tomatoes sliced in segments
must be hard, salad tomatoes
1 sliced onion
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced feta cheese
12 black Greek olives pitted and sliced
1/2 sliced green pepper
4 ounces Farmer Boy Restaurant House Recipe
Greek Dressing
Prepare and chop all ingredients. In a shallow bowl or on a
serving platter, combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber and green
pepper. Pour 4 ounces of Farmer Boy Restaurant House Recipe
Greek Dressing over salad mixture. Sprinkle feta cheese and
olives over entire salad. Enjoy!
